Animals

I know what I need, I need you
I cant see nothin’ else, all I can see is you
I don’t care what they say, about my state of mind
I know whats good for me, and you are just my kind

I know what I want, I want you
Shed your clothes, forget your codes
You know this is nothing new
I smell your scent, I taste your sweat
I feel this passion too
Lets trust our senses, not our minds
Lets break all the rules

Jumping Crocodiles In Slow Motion

Thanks to http://www.crocosauruscove.com in Darwin, Australia. You can feed crocodiles, swim with crocodiles, and get really up close to them. Feeding them using a fishing rod is a really unique experience, as you can see they can jump completely out of the water.

The slow motion gives you really good detail in the crocodiles movement. Something you rarely see.

The Flight Path

The Flight Path

This female barred owl had a territory near his home in Burnaby, British Columbia. He watched her for some time, familiarizing himself with her flight paths until he knew her well enough to set up the shot.

“I wanted to include the western red cedar and the sword ferns so typical of this Pacific coastal Rain Forest.”

Setting up his camera near one of the owl’s favorite perches, linked to a remote and three off-camera flashes, diffused and on low settings, he put a dead mouse on a platform above the camera and waited for the swoop that he knew would come.

“She grabbed the mouse, flew back to her perch and began calling to her mate. It is one of the most exciting calls to hear in the wild.”

Another one from our new photography tour in South Africa. Tigers in Africa? Yes

When we saw this tigress walking in the yellow grass, we decided to drive a bit further down and get out of the vehicle for a lower perspective. When the tigress got closer to us, she had this really intense look on her face – and I can tell you that it feels a bit intimidating when you’re looking through your viewfinder. When she walked past us, we just sat there quietly and enjoyed the view on this magnificent animal.
